At GET Protocol we’re working on becoming the standard ticketing infrastructure layer of the modern internet. What is the challenge
As a Senior Backend Developer you will work on expanding the functionality and scalability of our python and golang based backend services.
Write well-tested, rock solid code
Make sure your code performs well and keep an eye on the overall performance of the system as a whole
Critically review your peer’s code
Design and document robust API endpoints for our frontend apps and external partners.
Be creative in general in your solutions, and especially on our monthly hack days.
Lead a team of Backend Developers, mentor them, lead by example
What we expect from you
Experience as a Go or Python developer
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
Experience with working in self-managed agile teams
Experience with document databases like CouchDB is a pre
Able to fluently communicate in English
Being full-stack is nice addition and welcome
Post-covid we expect you to work (part-time) on-site
