At GET Protocol we’re working on becoming the standard ticketing infrastructure layer of the modern internet. We develop the backbone, tooling and secret sauce needed for building equity in the shady realm of ticketing. In doing so we cover a lot of ground; whether it’s providing event organisers with better access to financing, or giving ticketing companies the features they need to build more transparent & user friendly operations.
In order to walk the walk, we have set up GUTS Tickets, our very own blueprint of a modern ticketing company. Operating GUTS allows us to showcase the full range of benefits that our tech enables. We simultaneously serve existing clients and design the future of digital ticketing. That means dreaming up entirely new features and services and then putting them to work in the wild.
The challenge: full steam ahead
As we are in the midst of a rapid scaling period, we are looking for a Product Owner who can deliver a consistent stream of quality updates and features. Our existing technology already makes us front runners in the industry, but we want you to recognize and take the steps required to further extend our lead.
What you will be doing
Bringing together product, business and technical knowledge to make strategic product decisions.
Establishing a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution and solutions.
Ensuring that those solutions are implemented in a way that improves the customer and experience and product functionality.
Serving as an important link between the product and stakeholders (internal and external).
Understanding users' needs and turning them into features.
Working with UX research/designers to understand our customer needs and the clinical impact of our technologies.
Setting KPIs for the product and ensuring the Product tracks to success.
Setting the standard for PO practices within the company.
Recommending necessary product operations and tooling needed for efficient product delivery.
Prioritizing & refining features with designers & developers to prepare and execute sprints.
Writing clear acceptance criteria of the problems, possible solutions and features in the backlog.
Ability to thrive in a scale-up culture where everyone has to roll-up their sleeves and contribute to the success of the company.

And the experience of
At least 3 years of PO experience in a dynamic and fast changing environment, ideally in SaaS.
Verbal and written fluency English. Dutch is a plus, but not essential.
Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU).
Working in Agile methodology.
